I wrote this course because I was asked on so many of the courses that I taught what courses were out there for dentists that had only done a one day certification course to help get them started treating cases with confidence.
They often found the courses I recommended to be either too lengthy or too advanced for their current stage. What they really wanted was a concise two-day aligner course to kickstart their journey with confidence.
I have a deep passion for teaching and supporting others in their growth journey, and I am thrilled to announce the launch of my very own course – The Aligner Launchpad! This course is designed to assist dentists and their team members who are just starting their journey with clear aligners, helping them become the best version of themselves.

About Dr Martina Hodgson BChD MJDF PGDip
Dr Martina is a general dentist, Diamond Apex Invisalign Provider and speaker for Align Technology. She has been treating patients with Invisalign since 2017 and prior to that completed a two-year fixed orthodontic course with Jonathan Sandler.
Featured in Dentistry’s Top 50 the last 3 years running, she is passionate about helping others to grow to be the best version of themselves, and runs in house mentoring and teaching sessions for her own team, helping them on their career pathways.
Martina has run courses and lectured about clear aligner therapy all over the UK and internationally for Aligner Consulting, Align, Dentinal Tubules, IDDA, Smile Academy, Dental Monitoring and more, and is know for her down-to-earth, engaging and inspiring teaching style.
Owner of UK Practice of the Year 2022 & 2023, The Dental Architect, and The Dental Studio, winner of UK Best Patient Care 2022, she has been a practice owner since 2007 and has spent years refining an out-of-this-world patient journey, whilst being outspoken on the issues facing women in dentistry today.

Frequently Asked Questions
We are located in Leeds City Centre just a minute’s walk from the train station with access to good transport links.
You may wish to bring your laptop and pen/paper to take notes and a copy of the PowerPoint presentation will be provided. If you would like to bring a case to discuss with the group there will be a opportunity to do this on the 2nd day. Limited time will be available so it’s first come first served.

The concepts and teachings apply to any clear aligner system, however the examples used during the course will be Invisalign.
